The big news coming from today’s newswire is the announcement of Joey Matthews and his future appearances, for myself it certianly makes for those all important fresh matches. Whether or not he can hang with the other ROH wrestlers will be something to look forward to.

Also the big birthday card is shaping up nicely, maybe not as fresh or as unique as some may like but certainly a card that offers something for pretty much everyone. With wrestlers like Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli and the Briscoes in NOAH it seems ROH can make a worth while card regardless of who they have available.

As for the sale if you haven’t picked up the impressive Glory By Honor 6 weekend on DVD now is the perfect time to do so. With matches like Chris Hero vs. Nigel McGuinness, KENTA & Mistuharu Misawa vs. Takeshi Morishima & Noamichi Marufuji, Bryan Danielson vs. Takeshi Morishima III and a GHC title match of KENTA vs. Mistuharu Misawa, you really can’t go wrong with these shows.
