According to Jason Powell at Prowrestling.net, Payton Banks (a.k.a. Rain) is among the TNA wrestlers working without contracts, thus allowing them more flexibility with taking other bookings. Powell quotes a TNA source, who says that “a lot” of new wrestlers are in a similar situation.
