According to WrestlingObserver.com, Mark Cuban’s HD-Net has filed a suit against UFC owner Zuffa on the validity of UFC Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture’s contract. The suit asks the court to rule on when Randy would be legally allowed to fight, presumably because Cuban wants to promote the much-talked-about fight vs. PRIDE Champion Fedor Emelianenko.
