PWInsider has also revealed some additional details from Raw’s Monday 4.0 rating: the over run did a very high 4.57 quarter hour rating. Other highs are 4.18 from 10 to 10:15, 3.98 from 10:15 to 10:30 and 4.07 from 10:30 to 10:45.
