WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony Sells Out, TNA Doing LIVE TV Before Mania & More

News

Some weekend newsbits:

– Bryan Alvarez at F4Wonline.com is reporting that Shane McMahon has been sitting in on creative meetings lately and making suggestions.

– F4W – and everyone else for that matter except TNAWrestling.com — is reporting that TNA has indeed decided to air a live Impact on the Thursday prior to WrestleMania weekend in Orlando. In addition to the live TV on 3/27, there will be tapings on Friday the 28th (up against a Ring of Honor show in Orlando) and Saturday the 29th (likely in the afternoon so it doesn’t conflict with the WWE Hall of Fame festivities).

– Tickets to WWE’s Hall of Fame ceremony in Orlando sold out “immediately” this morning, according to WrestlingObserver.com. An hour of the show will air on tape delay the night before WrestleMania on USA.

– Paul Heyman talks about Vince Sr. in his latest column in The UK Sun.

– There’s a feature on Vince and Linda McMahon and Valentine’s Day in the New York Times.
