PWInsider.com is reporting that, according to a source, Kurt Angle’s neck and back were hurting after his match with Samoa Joe last night, with “the belief” that he was briefly knocked out during the match. He had an icepack on his neck at the hotel, and Karen Angle told fans he couldn’t sign autographs or take photos because he was hurt.

Prowrestling.net, however, reports that Kurt hung out with Karen, Brother Ray and Kurt’s brother (possibly Eric) at the hotel bar briefly. Kurt left and Karen and Kurt’s brother stuck around for a bit.

Also from Prowrestling.net, Chris Nowinski was hanging out backstage before Lockdown, as Booker T and Sharmell’s guest (not on official business).

Prowrestling.net also reports that Stephanie McMahon-Levesque is “not as involved in the day-to-day creative team meetings as she has been in the past,” relying more on Raw head Brian Gewirtz and SD head Michael Hayes (and yes, there are also reports of burnout from an understaffed creative team, particularly with Dave Lagana and Dusty Rhodes now gone). She’s not only pregnant but is also involved with other roles with the company.
