Prowrestling.net is reporting that despite Kurt Angle wanting to move in a more faux-MMA direction of in-ring action, TNA would rather incorporate elements of different styles in matches rather than have an all-out direction switch. Word is that the Angle/Joe match that was taped for next week was quite good, indeed, and more of a traditional wrestling match.
