HIGH ROLLERS is a four-issue mini-series, coming out monthly, for fans of violent crime stories like THE SOPRANOS and THE WIRE.
HIGH ROLLERS marks a continuation of Phillips’ comic book career; previously, Phillips wrote ANGELTOWN for DC’s Vertigo imprint and both SHOT CALLERZ and MIDNIGHT MOVER for Oni Press. Phillip’s novels include BANGERS, HIGH HAND, SHOOTER’S POINT, and many others. Phillips most recently contributed a short story to the anthology L.A. NOIR.
“I hope comics fans will give HIGH ROLLERS a read,” Phillips said. “I think all concerned will be pleasantly surprised.”
