WrestlingObserver.com is reporting that Fedor Emelianenko will indeed face Tim Sylvia on the July 19 debut event from the new Affliction promotion. The bout, approved today by the California State Athletic Commission, will take place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, not in Dallas as originally speculated. Additionally on the show will be Pedro Rizzo vs. Josh Barnett, according to a report at Sherdog.com. Rizzo handed Barnett his first career loss at UFC 30.
