Travis Henry Released By Broncos

Hopefully he saved well, because he’s got a lot of mouths to feed.

The Denver Broncos released RB Travis Henry a week after signing Michael Pittman.

Henry has been recovering from a hamstring injury that limited him last year. The Broncos were unhappy with how long the injury was lingering, and demoted Henry to second string. Henry responded by skipping OTA’s, organized team activities, and the Broncos responded to that by cutting the veteran just over a year after signing him to a 5-year-deal.
