What's Playing 07/04/08

It appears as if theatres and filmmakers know that most everyone will be outside to celebrate Independence Day here in the States to we don’t have much to go see this weekend. Will Smith does seem to have a soft spot for this holiday though as another huge film from him is hitting the big screen in Hancock. Other then that, you’re going to have to check out older films because that’s all I got. Have a Happy Fourth Of July everyone!

Quickly a plan is hatched for the trio to head to a memorabilia convention in the city, where Rollie hopes to sell a rare baseball card that has gained the attention of local ne’er-do-wells intent on scheming the old man out of a potential fortune.

The Wackness – Starring Ben Kingsley, Famke Janssen, Mary-Kate Olsen, Method Man, and more. It’s the summer of 1994, and the streets of New York are pulsing with hip-hop. Set against this backdrop, Luke Shapiro spends his last summer before college selling dope throughout New York City, trading it with his shrink for therapy, while crushing on his step-daughterOpened Thursday, July 3.
