The results for this Friday’s show…

Dark Match:
Ron Killings beat Sheamus O’Shaunessey with an axe kick.

Smackdown:

– MVP and the VIP Loung opens the show with his guest Jeff Hardy. MVP runs down all of Jeff’s troubles over the past year, complete with phone call to Dr Phil, before Jeff has enough and throws MVP out of the ring, possibly checking him for crack at the same time.

– A #1 contender’s battle royal is announced for later tonight.

– Shelton Benjamin beat Jimmy Wang Yang with a new finisher.

– Festus beat Curt Hawkins. Zack Ryder helped Hawkins beat up Festus after the bell rang.

– Vladimir Kozlov beat Stevie Richards. Kozlov then had words with Jim Ross and Mick Foley.

– THE GREAT AND GLORIOUS KHALI beat Ken Kennedy, MVP, Umaga, Jeff Hardy and Big Show to win the Battle Royal and become #1 contender. MVP was eliminated first, then Umaga and then Kennedy. Umaga returned to attack Big Show but the referees managed to get him to the back. Show then eliminated Kennedy, then Jeff got Show out. Khali eliminated Jeff for the magnificent victory, with Runjin Singh returning to applaud the glorious victor. Triple H came out to confront Khali afterwards, hopefully bowing down in his scintillating presence.

– A video package for Ron Killings airs.

– Michelle McCool beat Maryse with the heel hook of doom.

– Maria debuts on Smackdown next week. RATINGS.

– Brian Kendrick beat Shannon Moore. Kendrick and his boyfriend Ezekiel cut a promo before the match. Ezekiel distracts Moore long enough for Kendrick to win.

– Edge makes a public apology to Vickie Guerrero, who is wheeled out by Chavo. Vickie hugs Edge, says she forgives him, then announced that Edge has to face the re-signed Undertaker in a Hell in the Cell match at SummerSlam. Edge says that no matter what, he still loves Vickie.

Dark Match:
Triple H beat Edge in a Philadelphia Street Fight to retain the WWE Championship. Edge went for a conchairto but the Hs moved, hit Edge with the sledgehammer and got the pin. Afterwards, as the referees help him to the back, Edge continues to profess his love for Vickie.
