Dana White Talks Quinton, Affliction & More

News

UFC President Dana White was recently interviewed by TAGG Radio. On the show, he confirmed long-speculated rumor that the 205- and 185-pound weight classes in WEC will be folded into UFC. “The answer is yes, and we’re working on that right now,” White said.

During a press conference in MN today, White addressed the status of Quinton Jackson. According to F4Wonline.com, White said that Jackson — who was also at the conference — was diagnosed with delirium due to fasting other than energy drinks and spending too much time in the sun in Las Vegas for a week after losing to Forrest Griffin.

In an interview with Prowrestling.net, Dana said the following about Affliction: “You wanna compete with me? You wanna compete? Let’s f—ing compete… I will f—ing crush you.” Nice. He also talked trash about Kimbo Slice, saying Uriah Faber could beat him, said he didn’t know who former ECW Champion Bobby Lashley was, revealed that he told Brock Lesnar he wasn’t going to feed him easy opponents and said that Kurt Angle’s neck injuries scare him.
