PWInsider.com is reporting that Chris Kanyon and Mike Sanders are also listed on the lawsuit Scott Levy (Raven) is bringing against WWE challenging their independent contractor status back when they were under contract with WWE. WWE has requested and gotten an extension to respond, which they now have to do by September 29.
