Make Movement: Comedy Gold

Columns, Top Story

The main reasons to watch right now revolve around Beth Phoenix, Santino Morella and Charlie Haas. Who would have thought? Somehow Beth and Santino bring out the best in each other, while bringing out the funny side of Batista, and Charlie Haas did a hilarious tribute to Mr. Perfect by being less than Perfect. Other than that, I’m getting excited more and more about Randy Orton every week.

CM Punk is somewhere between Rob Van Dam and Jeff Hardy on the popularity/push ratio when they were so close to championships and main eventing on RAW. Orton however is in the ready to get the eclipsed huge push toward the championship – as we all know that’s the direction it’s heading.

Interesting walk down memory lane with Shane McMahon and Kane, with poor clueless to WWE programming, Adamle. But for a 800th edition of RAW, this was a pretty forgettable show. I’m looking forward to the PPV in two weeks, and things are generally improving as far as the flow and crowd energy, but the unpredictability needs to continue….more title changes, less handicap matches, etc.
