EliteXC just put together a major heavyweight bout on short notice for their October 4th CBS show. Former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski will take on the IFL’s only heavyweight champion Roy Nelson, according to MMAWeekly.com. Arlovski last fought with Affliction but found himself in need of a fight when Affliction canceled their October 11th show and Arlovski’s fight with Josh Barnett was off.
