It’s like that classic Aerosmith tune, only this time Clint Eastwood’s got a gun.
Gran Torino won’t reach theaters until December 17th, and USA Today’s Anthony Breznican spoke with Eastwood about the film and included some of the first photos (including an awesome-looking poster).
The poster alone makes this a must-see for me.
In the interview, Eastwood explains his character Kowalski (“The old guy” as Eastwood calls him) is someone who ends up confronting the prejudices that isolated him from others. Considering the heated debate of race and politics, things are looking ugly in these states which stand united. And who better than Clint to look at the darker sides of human nature. With his trusty Gran Torino and a M-1 rifle no less.
