Changes are afoot on the set of Heroes
Variety is reporting that co-executive producers Jeph Loeb and Jesse Alexander have been “future endeavoured”. This is reportedly due to NBC executives’ “frustration with the direction of the show”. In other words, the executives probably read the EW article about how to “fix” the show (To which there is a great response to over at Comic Book Resources) and are probably pushing to hire the article writer as the new show runner.
CBR talked to Loeb and mentioned that the duo had completed writing/producing the fall finale, meaning that any changes to the show won’t be apparent until the start of the second half of the season.
