News

Kurt Angle vs Jeff Jarrett was originally slated to take place at the December PPV but it has now been pushed back to January, with TNA feeling that the longer they hold it off the more effective the storyline becomes.

TNA has signed Nick Aldis, current cast member of the UK version of Gladiators, to a deal. Aldis has done some pro-wrestling on the UK indie scene but nothing major.

Ken Doane, formerly Kenny Dykstra in WWE, is also under consideration for a deal. Super Crazy might be signed once his non-compete clause ends but there has been no discussion so far as Elijah Burke or Paul London are concerned.

Mick Foley messed up at the recent Impact tapings when doing his in-ring promo to build the PPV. He mistakenly refered to the TNA title as the NWA title, so the crowd corrected him with a TNA chant.

Awesome Kong might be getting a new opponent soon as there has been talk about bringing in a Japanese star to feud with her. Kong worked in Japan earlier in her career.
