According to FightNews.com, Top Rank is trying to put together a split location pay-per-view featuring Kelly Pavlik and Miguel Cotto. Kelly Pavlik will defend his middleweight titles against Marco Antonio Rubio while Miguel Cotto is scheduled to face Michael Jennings for the vacant WBO Welterweight title. The event is slated to take place on February 21st.
