“UFC Primetime: St. Pierre vs. Penn” will debut on Spike on January 14th at 10:30pm ET.
The three-part weekly series will hype the upcoming superfight between the current welterweight and lightweight UFC champions. The shows are modeled after the successful HBO 24/7 series that the premium cable network uses to hype upcoming pay per view boxing events.
Each episode will be thirty minutes in length. The shows are not being a produced by Spike, but are being done by an outside firm that will give the shows a very high-class feel.
