Dr. Strangelove on Blu-ray DVD June 16th

Between October ’07 and January ’08, five of Stanley Kubrick’s classics were released on Blu-ray to major praise. Now, to celebrate its 45th anniversary, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has unveiled plans for Dr. Strangelove on the high-definition format. Kubrick’s 1964 Cold War satire, based on Peter George’s novel ‘Red Alert,’ stars Peter Sellers (in 3 roles), George C. Scott, Sterling Hayden, and a bomb-ridin’ Slim Pickens and was named #3 on the American Film Institute’s 100 Years…100 Laughs list. Learn how to stop worrying and love the Blu-ray on June 16th.
