“What kind of cake do you want, imbecile?”

At his presentation, Michael shares his amazing mnemonic for memorizing names, at which point Karen cuts him off early. Pam and Karen catch up; Karen showing pictures of her Jim-like husband and Pam awkwardly shares her engagement. As they leave, Pam is elated that Karen harbors no feelings of resentment towards her. Andy persuades Stanley to let him take over wooing the client, but loses the account after attempting to kiss her and then sharing his recent break-up.

When Dwight tries to find out Kelly’s age through her personal file, he discovers that she spent a few months in jail as a youth.

Michael tells Pam that after all that she’s said about closure, he wants to see Holly. She agrees to drive him to Nashua instead of the next branch of the lecture circuit…to be continued next week.
