The Von Erich family has been confirmed for a group induction into the WWE Hall of Fame 2009. According to PWInsider.com, Kevin Von Erich and his children will be at the ceremony in Houston, TX, to accept the award. The current plan is to have the Von Erichs inducted by Michael Hayes, former leader of the Von Erichs’ nemeses the Fabulous Freebirds. Other inductees confirmed for this year’s ceremony are Steve Austin, Bill Watts, Ricky Steamboat, Terry & Dory Funk Jr, plus one more name is expected to be announced.
