PWI’s Mike Johnson reports on whose contract is up soon and whether they’re resigning in the #2 and 3 promitions in the country, including the likes of the Motor City Machine Guns and Bryan Danielson. Is WWE looking to hire any of them? Will anyone jump to WWE?
TNA- Champions Robert Roode and Alex Shelley, as well as Shelley’s tag partner Chris Sabin, have contracts that end in the Spring. TNA’s working on new deals with them.
ROH- The original ROH contracts are believed to be up in May or June. Negotiations have already started, and main eventers Nigel McGuinness and Bryan Danielson are involved. Yes, I will report the obvious.
Johnson goes on to say that there’s nothing to indicate anyone from either promotions jumping to WWE, nor that WWE’s interested in any of these guys at this point.
