Shad Gaspard was pulled from last months WWE Royal Rumble event as a message to improve, having been informed of his removal from the match by John Laurinaitis himself. Laurinaitis met with Shad face to face and informed him that the company are not pleased with his lack of progress. This could affect Shad’s Cryme Time tag team partner JTG, as there are no plans for him to be used as a singles superstar.
