WWE has a feature on their website tying in to last weekend’s release of the Watchmen feature film. You can check it out here.
The conceit behind it is that Rorschach, one of the characters in the film, reveals that he’s a WWE fan in his journal (which is a pivotal element of the story; the journal, I mean, not WWE fandom). You can check out some flash animated rorschach ink-blot tests and see if you agree that they’re images of WWE superstars.
No, really. I’m too amazed that two of my nerdy obsessions have dovetailed in an act of corporate synergy like this to add anymore comments that tend to get me flack in the comments section. Also, my flash player appears to be antiquated, so I can’t actually comment on the presentation.
