“Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, Sid Vicious Interview Highlights

News

PWI has highlights of Jim Duggan’s interview with World Wrestling Insanity. Among them are:

Duggan thinks that Eric Bischoff was trying to get him to quit WCW when he was given gimmicks as a janitor and a member of Team Canada. Duggan took to the janitor gimmick with gusto, saying that he’d get it over, cleaning toilets with a toothbrush and all. Even he was pretty underwhelmed with being an anti-American Canadian sympathizer.

On TNA- He’s not an enemy of Jeff Jarrett, but he never saw eye to eye with him either, so he doesn’t see himself working there. That said, he trhinks it’s nice that they exist to give guys another place to go besides WWE, even if they aren’t competition. The page for the interview is here.

Sid Vicious recently appeared on the In Your Head radio show. You can listen to it here. Here are some highlights:

Of his two Wrestlemania main events, his favorite was working with Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania 8. He enjoyed working with Hogan in general, and prefered working as a heel to working as a face.

He hasn’t heard anything from WWE about their having any interest in hiring him. They haven’t given him any reason as to why they don’t want him back, and he won’t push them.

He also said that both Paul Heyman and the NWA’s David Marquez made him feel like they were stealing his money, but Marquez has better hygiene, as Heyman doesn’t shower.

On that note, I’ll link you to Sid’s myspace and call it a post.
