PWI’s Dave Scherer reports that the Undertaker appeared “a bit out of it” backstage after landing on his head during his match with Shawn Micheals. He was still able to walk around and interact with people. ‘Taker was uniformly praised by Scherer’s sources for continuing the match after the nasty bump. All signs point to ‘Taker being okay following the fall.
