PWI’s Dave Scherer reports that WWE Superstars did a .9 cable rating during the original broadcast, making it the highest rated show on WGN that day. The fact that it’s closest competition was “In The Heat Of The Night” rerun that got a .67 rating mitigates how impressive that is. The replay at 11 EST got a .32 rating.
Scherer also has Impact’s numbers. It got a 1.28 rating. So, TNA sort of wins kind of, if you want to compare apples and oranges that aren’t even going head to head! Welcome to the Thursday Night Wars!
