For those wondering when Disney would start to re-release their Platinum Edition DVDs on Blu-ray, wonder no more. Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment is set to unveil a Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack of their first PE release, 1937’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, later this year. The first feature length animated film, Snow White was chosen by the American Film Institute as the greatest such movie of all-time and earned Walt Disney an honorary award (one normal statue and seven mini statues). To everyone else that might stumble across this, remember TiVo should be your best friend!
