Ray "Darth Maul" Park To Guest Star on Heroes

News, Top Story

The word from EW.com says the Scottish-born Ray Park will have a multi-episode arc on the NBC series next season. He’s the latest in a flurry of casting for the show, along with Deanne Bray (Sue Thomas, F.B.Eye). They join fellow newcomers Robert Knepper and Madeleine Zima.

Details on Park’s character are being kept quiet for now, although EW’s Michael Ausiello does report that he’ll be part of a “Carnivale-esque” plot thread involving a number of eccentric characters in a traveling show.

Park is best-known as fanboy favorite Darth Maul from Star Wars: Episode I. He also appeared in the first X-Men movie and plays Snake Eyes in this summer’s G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.

Bray will play a romantic interest for one of the Heroes regulars. Like Bray herself, who played the title character on Sue Thomas, the character is hearing-impaired.

I'm not embarrassed to say that my favorite television show of all-time is The O.C. I live by the motto "you can't fight fate!" More importantly, I watch WAY too much television, but I do so for the benefit of everyone reading this now. So to my mom and my wife, I say thanks for reading! To everyone else that might stumble across this, remember TiVo should be your best friend!
