Updates on Kane, Taz & TNA

Kane has taken some time off to let various niggling injuries heal. WWE agreed to let him do this rather than keep working until surgery would be required, with particular regards to his knees. There is no confirmed return date for him just yet. Kane has made good money in his career, lived within his means, saved his earnings and does not have any financial necessities that would require him to return to action before ready.

Taz will be available to start appearing on TV for TNA in the first week of July. He mentioned on his Facebook page that “The prison sentence is almost done… can’t wait.”

Garrett Borden, Sting’s son, is playing full-back with the Azusa Pacific football team, a Christian university in Southern California.

The TNA crew went to the renowned Big Texan Steak House in Amarillo after a recent live event. Terry Funk met them there and Jay Lethal proceeded to do a spot-on imitation of Ric Flair cutting a promo on Funk, reciting it word-for-word. Funk was in hysterics about how accurate Lethal’s impression was.
