A light heavyweight bout between Keith Jardine and Thiago Silva has been officially announced by the UFC.
The fight will take place at UFC 102 on August 29th in Portland. Other featured fights on the UFC 102 card include Randy Couture vs. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Demian Maia taking on Nate Marquart in a middleweight contender’s bout.
Jardine’s style is tough to solve, but Silva spends very little time attempting to solve a fighter and instead just barges forward with strikes (as witnessed against Lyoto Machida). I’m almost certain this fight will not go to a decision.
