Werewolf In London Howling to DVD and Blu-Ray This Fall

Disc Announcements, News

Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced that the horror comedy classic An American Werewolf In London will finally be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on September 15, 2009 with a “Full Moon Edition”. Directed by John Landis (who directed such classics as Animal House, Blues Brothers, and the infamous Michael Jackson video for “Thriller”), An American Werewolf In London is a perfect blend of humor, horror and groundbreakingly gruesome special effects. This DVD or Blu-Ray will be a must for any collector of classics.

The film centers around two college age American tourists who are visiting England and have an unfortunate meeting with some “thing” of local legend. One of the tourist dies as a result, but the other experiences a transformation that will change his life forever.

She prefers horror movies to chick flicks, and she can easily hang with the guys as long as there are several frou-frou girlie drinks to be had.
