The Will Ferrell remake of the classic TV show will hit shelves October 13th on DVD and Blu-ray, retailing for $29.98 and $39.98 respectively. Both releases will feature a commentary with director Brad Silberling, deleted scenes and featurettes “A Day in the Life of a Big-Time Movie Star” and “Devil’s Canyon Gift Shop Commercial and Tour.” Exclusive to the Blu-ray are “This is Not a Routine Expedition: Making Land of the Lost,” “Bradley, Sid and Marty: A Conversation with the Kroffts,” and Dr. Marshall’s Food Diaries with commentary by director Brad Silberling.
Ferrell stars as Dr. Marshall, a scientist who discovers a space-time rift which transports him and his two colleagues Will and Holly to land populated by dinosaurs, ape men, and other assorted creatures lost in time.
