PW Torch reader Creighton Rabs (who’s a reporter based outside of Philadelphia) tries to clear up inaccuracies in the reporting on Kurt Angle’s legal situation at the Torch. One of the bigger flubs in earlier reports appears to be that Angle’s license is suspended due to a DUI. Rabs’ research indicates that it isn’t, which is a pretty big factor in his case, since there’s a mandatory 60 day sentence for driving under a DUI suspension.
