Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, a consensus top-ten light heavyweight with a record of 17-3, will likely be an immediate factor near the top of the UFC’s most stacked division. He holds career victories over Dan Henderson, Alistair Overeem (twice), Kazushi Sakuraba and Guy Mezger and is in the midst of a five-fight win streak.
His scheduled Sept. 12 fight for Bitetti Combat in Brazil has been canceled.
