The crime thriller starring Denzel Washington and John Travolta, The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3, will make it to DVD and Blu-ray on November 3rd.
The DVD will have a SRP of $28.96 and features English 5.1 Dolby Digital and French 5.1 Dolby Digital tracks along with English and French subtitles. The Blu-ray Disc will have a SRP of $39.95 and features English 5.1 Dolby TrueHD and French and Spanish 5.1 Dolby Digital audio tracks along with multiple subtitle options. Extras will include commentary with director Tony Scott, commentary with writer Brian Helgeland and producer Todd Black, and several featurettes including “No Time To Lose: The Making of Pelham 1 2 3,” “The Third Rail: New York Underground,” “Marketing Pelham,” and “From the Top Down: Stylizing Character.”
The Blu-ray will include all of this and also include Sony’s Cinechat feature.
