1. It’s so good to have Beth Phoenix on TV again. I don’t know if she carried Kelly Kelly to a decent match or it’s Kelly Kelly that actually made major improvements in her in-ring work, but that was a pretty good divas match.
2. Seems like WWE moved the cruiserweight arsenal of moves to the divas. The cruiserweights did it better.
3. But as good as any divas match is, not may things are worse than hearing Jerry Lawler commentating on those matches.
4. They had enough time to build a Shelton-Christian match at Summerslam, which begs for good matches. Instead, Shelton is off the PPV and has to fight Tyler Reks. Not good WWE, not good.
5. I had some e-mails asking me why they don’t see the DotCom Delivery anymore. The reason is that WWE stopped producing their webshows, except the WTF and the god awful “Ask the Divas”. But still, if someone asked me which webshow should move to TV, Word Up wouldn’t have been my choice. This week’s edition on Superstars did not change my mind and Jessy as Slam Master doesn’t help.
6. Usually the WWE video recaps and previews are excellent. However, the Punk-Hardy feud is so good and intense that no video preview could actually capture how good it is.
7. When the World’s Greatest Tag Team were at the top of the game, I thought that when they finally break up, both Benjamin and Haas would go on to win world championships. Now one of them is fighting Tyler Reks in the ECW midcard and the other doesn’t even get an entrance when he jobs to R-Truth.
8. The DX video recap just reminded me that as bas as I thought their last comeback was, it was actually much worse. And with beatdown they suffered this week, is there any doubt that they’re going to wipe the mat with Legacy this Sunday?
9. I must have really pissed someone off, to get Mark Henry vs. Chris Masters as the main event for the first Superstars show that I write 10 thoughts for.
10. When a Kelly Kelly match is one of the better shows on a show, any show, you know it wasn’t a very good show.
