Juan Diaz defeated Paulie Malignaggi by unanimous decision earlier tonight in Houston, Texas. The scores were 118-110, 116-112, and 115-113. Malignaggi was irate at the decision and made his feelings known to Max Kellerman after the fight.
On the undercard, Robert Guerrero won the IBF Super Featherweight title with a unanimous decision over Malcom Klassen. Scores were 117-111, 116-112, and 116-113.
Daniel Jacobs defeated Ishe Smith by unanimous decision. Jacobs won by scores of 100-89, 96-93, and 96-93.
