Looks like he was. According to PW Torch’s James Caldwell, Raw’s rating was up from last week’s pre-Summerslam show. Last night’s show did a 3.93 rating, an improvement on last week’s 3.80. Caldwell notes that the show did strong first and second hour ratings.
