First Trailer for Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day

Trailers

The MacManus brothers are back! IGN has debuted the first trailer for Troy Duffy’s Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day. Ten years after the original, the trailer first played to a packed audience at Comic-Con in July. A total guy movie, with plenty of guns and black humor, those who are fans or the original will want to check out the trailer.

Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day is again both written and directed by the infamous Troy Duffy, whose only directing effort was the first Boondock Saints. “Infamous” because of his behavior, which is explored in the documentary called Overnight about the making of the original Saints picture. Sony Pictures is the studio that will be distributing the sequel, and it will either get a limited theatrical run or go straight to DVD.

Not sure if the sequel will be a success or a bust on first impressions of this red band trailer. Though, Sean Patrick Flannery looks to have had a face lift in between the two features. Is it as noticeable as Jennifer Grey’s nose job?
