Silvervision has twittered some information on the upcoming release of Hulk Hogan’s Unreleased Collector Series (available on 11/17/09 – currently listed at $19.99 on Amazon.com).
We’ve just glimpsed the match listing for the new Hogan DVD – wow, not what we were expecting at all! Packed with rarities.
No full listing for Hogan at the moment guys (give us a week or two), but here’s a thought: there are *no* WWE PPV matches on the set.
Checking out the WWE DVD release schedule for the remainder of 2009, WWE.com has a new title listed for the month of December:
History of the World Championship (3-disc)
No word on if this release will only cover the World Heavyweight Championship that debuted September 2002 until now, or if the set will trace the lineage back to the NWA. Perhaps start with the NWA title and include the controversy with Ric Flair when he jumped from World Championship Wrestling to the WWF and brought the belt with him.
The addition of the History of the World Championship release means WWE fans have TEN new DVD releases to look forward to between now and December.
