The Fayetteville Observer is reporting that the Fayetteville, NC, police were following up on a tip from an unspecified source given to the department several days ago when they investigated Hardy’s residence. Chief Deputy Neil Godfry acquired a search warrant and then officers found narcotics in the residence, which led to Hardy’s arrest.

Storm states that “I’m going to hold off passing judgment on Jeff, on the legal front, until he has his day in court, and on the personal front I’m going to keep my fingers crossed that he finally gets the help he seems to need. I don’t know how many more chances he’s going to get.”
