The original plan for the World Heavyweight Title match at Breaking Point was for The Undertaker to go over and win the title. However, there have been many dissenting voices backstage in WWE who feel that it is the wrong time to take the championship off of C.M. Punk. The bookers removed John Morrison vs Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental Title from the card as they felt neither man should be losing a title match just now, hence they would have had to do a screwjob finish. As they don’t want too many such finishes on the PPV card, they removed that match, which would indicate a screwjob finish to Punk/Undertaker that sees Punk retain the title for next month’s Hell in the Cell show. As far as the WWE Championship match is concerned, given the nature of his defeats on the last two PPVs, the plan at present time is still to have John Cena take the title from Randy Orton.
