More Info on Jeff Hardy Arrest

North Carolina newspaper the News & Observer has published more details about Jeff Hardy’s arrest. According to their sources, Hardy was at home with his fiancee Beth on Friday morning when the police came home at 10:30am. Beth was not arrested but Hardy, even as a first-time offender, could face a mandatory prison sentence of 3 to 14 years if convicted on an opium trafficking charge. Police have not yet established whether or not the drugs in Hardy’s home were for personal consumption or for distribution. Further charges have not yet been ruled out.
