The Associated Press reports that Jerry Lawler is threatening action against a Memphis TV station if he is not allowed to participate in Sunday’s debate. Legal action! Lawler’s not the only candidate being excluded from the debate; only four of the 25 potential mayors of Memphis have been invited to appear. Lawler’s attorney, Christine Stephens, plans to ask a judge to stop the debate unless Lawler receives a spot.
