10 Thoughts On TNA Impact – 11/26/09

Reviews, Shows, TV Shows

Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving if it was something you celebrated. And even if you didn’t, hopefully you enjoyed the wrestling offerings provided on Thanksgiving from TNA!

10. The idea to do the TCS was fun. It’s something a little different to what we’re used to with TNA. Plus they picked some good names to put into it.

9. When Impact started and we got straight into the action, I think my mouth dropped open with the shock that no one was talking for ages and ages.

8. Suicide used to have the most amazing entrances, but they’re not as exciting now. I miss the old Suicide entrances.

7. It was an interesting pick to put Robert Roode in as a singles competitor, totally added to the variety that we got to see this week.

6. Not the most amazing showing from the Knockouts this week. I do have to admit that I shuddered in horror at The Beautiful People being there in the final three. Though at least Lacey was eliminated early. But it was actually a better showing that what WWE offered from the Divas in Thanksgiving week.

5. After Tara’s showing at Turning Point, it’s actually really exciting to have her facing OBD for the title. I can’t be the only person waiting for her to wear the gold again. She definitely deserves this shot.

4. I am very sick of Steiner. The sooner he disappears from TV the better. I’m not holding my breath here, but hopefully each week we’ll see less and less of him. A girl can dream eh.

3. As soon as Wolfe was DQ’ed, I actually shouted “NO” at my TV. Funny how quickly talent can grow on you.

2. I liked the idea that each man was fighting for a title shot in their own division, but it probably would have been a little more exciting to think that each man was fighting for a world title shot.

1. There were quite a few differences in this week’s TNA to what we usually see. And honestly, it made for an excellent show. They are really picking up their game.
