According to their Facebook page, Top Rank announced that Manny Pacquiao will defend his WBO welterweight title against Joshua Clottey on March 13.
Joshua Clottey has a record of 35-3 (20 KOs). His most recent fight was a split decision loss to Miguel Cotto in June of 2009.
Talks of a fight between Manny and Floyd Mayweather Jr stalled on Wednesday when nine hours of mediation could not resolve their dispute over drug testing.
